You a shipping problem that was beyond anyone’s control there was multiple delays and for some reason it’s sad at the final destination for four days without a scan. This was a pretty urgent project and they went ahead and no cost and sent us out by UPS second day here, in additional order prior to investigation being closed and yesterday we actually received the original order a special company somebody we will be giving really nice business to in the future
